This little "imposter golden retriever" is a rescue. Atlas was dumped at a local dog grooming business and when Mandi got the text about him she couldn't resist his adorable tiny face. Atlas is a serious cuddle bug and has so much personality in such a tiny body. He's very anxious but we are determined to help him succeed in life!

Admittedly we had a very difficult time finding what Atlas' niche would be in our group. Atlas has severe anxiety and a lot of sports are simply too much for him.

As fate would have it- one day after a practice session of nosework with another dog we brought Atlas outside to search containers with no prior experience and we were amazed at home much of a natural he was! Less than 2 weeks later we had Atlas competing in UKC nosework and the rest is history. Currently our goals are to finish his NN and NV titles (1/2 legs) in UKC and to start AKC scentwork in 2025.
